Gerard Scanlan’s work is multi-media. He considers all his work to be collages, although this might not be immediately apparent to his audience. Gerard selects a medium to suit the conversation he wants to have with the viewer. Oil paintings, water colours, pastels, print-making, sculpture in wood, metal, cardboard and paper. He is also interested in arts & crafts and the theatrical.
